OneBite Consulting was pleased to organize and present a very special and unique tasting at Pierre Marcolini’s shop in Paris Opéra on October 3rd. For the release of La Barre, a chocolate created and produced by Pierre Marcolini for Chalet Zannier only, the 3 protagonists and friends (Arnaud Zannier, owner of the luxury 5 stars hotel Chalet Zannier in Megève, Julien Burlat chef of the Chalet Zannier restaurant and Pierre Marcolini, world famous master in the art of chocolate), were attending together the press presentation in a truly convivial ambiance.
Julien Burlat had for the occasion brought a sample of high quality products of Savoie to precede the tasting of the original Zannier chocolate bar assorted by a vintage port wine “Quinta do Pesseguiro” of Zannier’s vineyard.
Made of Breton chocolate shortbread cookie, caramel passion flavours enhanced by a touch of vinegar of fig and covered by a 70% dark chocolate whose Marcolini has the secret, this creation is inspired by memories of winter holidays and friendship. The Zannier chocolate bar will be exclusively sold at the Chalet and offered to its clients. A good reason to travel Megève soon and enjoy the wonderful Chalet Zannier experience !
