For the first time of its history, the Salon du Chocolat Brussels took place last weekend, resulting in a tremendous success as almost 30.000 visitors entered the exhibition hall during 3 days of tastings and demos. Some chefs of our agency where on stage for a 45 minutes demo each, introducing their restaurant to the audience and cooking one or several dishes including chocolate, of course. Damien Bouchéry and Benedicte Bantuelle, chefs from Generation W collective (Clément Petitjean, Christophe Thomaes, Carl Gillain), Sang Hoon Degeimbre, Nicolai Norregaard, they all gave a great demonstration, pleasing the audience with beautiful creations.
