Nicolas Darnauguilhem was in Paris this weekend for 3 pop-up dinners hold at the CookCoon foodlab in Pigalle. For each meal, 12 guests have enjoyed the light and seasonal food prepared by Nicolas made from ingredients sourced from the Leman lake (where Nicolas is coming from) only. Same for the wines choosen by Nicolas and perfectly matching the delicious dishes cooked in the open kitchen in front of a passionnate and epicurian audience.
