Bruno on stage at Omnivore Paris

As every year, one of the world most famous food event is stopping by Paris  ! This year again, Omnivore shows an impressive line-up of chefs, pastry chefs or artisans all around the world who will be on stage during 3 days on March 5 to 7 (Quique Dacosta, Pierre Gagnaire, Gert de Mangeleer, Alexandre Gauthier, Daniel Burns, Jean-François Piège, John Shields amongst others…). Bruno Verjus will have the pleasure to hold 2 masterclasses, on the artisan stage Sunday March 5 morning and on the main stage Monday March 6 morning.

Masterclass in Kiev !

On March 28 and 29, Bruno will be in Kiev (Ukraine) invited by the organizers of the Fontegro Food Congress. For its 3rd anniversary, the event has gathered local and international chefs to present on stage their culinary art and philosophy.


Culinary artistic director for the Dieppe National Scene

Bruno has been appointed culinary artistic director of this unique food event organized by the National Scene of the city of Dieppe, taking place on April 8 and 9 !


2 different shows will occur each evening : a special and spectacular dinner on the main stage of the theater or a journey inside the town with a little train stopping by 4 different spots where art will be performed and food will be cooked… More to come on the event website soon !

And don’t forget that Bruno still offers a daily lunch at Table, offering the best ingredients in a 2 (25 euros) or 3 courses (29 euros) menu.
