Restaurant PALEGRIE – Corrençon en Vercors (France)
After several years in Lyon becoming one of the must eat places, it was time for Guillaume Monjuré and his wife to return “home” and move to their dreamed location : a restaurant surrounded by nature, with their own garden, in the beautiful Vercors region in France. Guillaume is cooking with a young team in the kitchen, while Chrystel is still brilliantly managing in the dining room including the wine service with passion and appropriated advises. With modern dishes offering great ingredients quality and combinations, a lovely service and great wine selection, the Palegrie flows on the nordic and parisian bistronomique wave but clearly with an assumed and strong identity. Definitely now and for the years to come, Guillaume is a young and promising talented chef, part of those who move the limits, habits and standards, a chef worth to meet and visit that we are really proud to support, represent and promote. Cherry on the cake, the restaurant is located in a beautiful hotel, l’Hotel du Golf, offering lovely rooms and SPA services, close to a golf, also pleasing ski lovers in winter. A dream location, definitely.
