Looking back to the last weeks of 2016

End of the year 2016 was nicely busy for Karlos with a week of cooking in Israel at Popina restaurant : 120 guests per night and lots of beautiful memories and people met !

Just before New Year, another great event took place, this time Copenhagen where the famous cocktail bar Balderdash hosted a very special and unique one-night event :  together with Taller in their kitchen and Diplomatico Rum from Venezuela, they delivered a 7 course tasting menu and whimsical cocktails creating a creative but fun food and cocktail pairing playing on tradition, but also exercising new flavors combinations

Taller is coming to London !

From January 31st till February 4th, Karlos will be the guest chef at Carousel London !

Carousel is an open kitchen restaurant welcoming guests chefs from all over the world all year long. A six courses tasting menu will be cooked by Karlos every night.

Special signature dishes menu in February !

Taller wants to offer the opportunity to his coming guests to taste all the most favorites dishes that have contributed to the growing reputation of the restaurant in Copenhagen last years. Therefore the team will propose in February one single tasting menu only made of signature dishes.

Collaboration dinner with Jens Peter Kolbeck !

On January 29, Taller will participate to a collaboration dinner hosted at restaurant Molskroen. Amongst the chefs cooking that night with Taller : Will King Smith (former sous-chef at Geranium), Thorsten Schmidt (former chef of Malling&Schmidt and Ruths Hotel) and the one and only  Jens Peter Kollbeck, one of the most famous Danish chef and Silver Bocuse in 1993. Definitely a night not to miss !
