Pierre Marcolini opened his first store in Brussels in 1995, the same year he was named the World Champion of Pastry. A decade later we can find Pierre Marcolini outlets in Paris, London as well as several in Asian and numerous ones in Belgium. The secret of this meteoric rise lies in the fantastic technique and creativity displayed by this master chocolatier but is also due to the unique ‘bean to bar” approach he was one of the first to apply in Europe. Visiting plantations all around the world, selecting the best beans from various locations, he was one of the first artisan to create his own chocolates from the bean itself, all stored in his warehouse from the Brussels factory. Pierre Marcolini is today one of the most famous chocolatier known around the globe. We are extremely proud to count him amongst the personalities having joined our agency.
