Restaurant TOYA * – Faulquemont (France)

Restaurant Toya is a kind of another family story we like to tell and share. Grown in a family of restaurateurs, Loic Villemin couldn’t avoid his destiny and was made for cooking. With an impressive list of positions hold in well-known french restaurants (L’Arnbsourg, Nicolas Le Bec, Bernard Loiseau, L’Assiette Champenoise…), he came back home in 2010 in his region at the age of 24 to run his own restaurant, Toya, located in the neighbourhood of Metz in France in the Moselle region, the name coming from the Japanese culture Loic is in love with. Awarded by a Michelin star and the title of “Grand De Demain” Gault&Millau in 2012, Loïc is developing his own style of cooking by mixing regional ingredients in a modern and creative way, always looking to put his roots and pure tastes ahead.
